Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required. We endeavour to respond to emails and support requests within 4 hours of receiving an email during normal business working hours, outside of these hours we will respond within 24 hours to any such request.
